Pocki is a Base-native, non-custodial wallet companion. We respect your privacy. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

You give us

• Email and name if you subscribe or create an account.

• Wallet addresses you connect.

• Guardrails and alert settings you choose.

• Messages you send in chat and optional post-trade journals.

• Support messages.

We collect automatically

• Onchain data for connected wallets: balances, tokens, NFTs, transactions.

• Device and app analytics: pages viewed, buttons clicked, session length, crash logs.

• Messaging metadata for XMTP: timestamps and delivery status.
  We do not scan your private messages outside features you enable.

Cookies and local storage

• Used for sign-in, session security, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser.

How we use information

• Run the service: show portfolio context, compute health scores, detect risk patterns, trigger guardrails and intercepts, deliver alerts.

• AI companion: generate responses, summaries, prompts, and recommendations using your settings, chat, journals, and onchain data.

• Improve Pocki: debug, measure performance, and test features.

• Communications: product updates, Pocket Watch newsletter, and service notices. Unsubscribe from marketing any time.

• Safety and compliance: prevent abuse, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations.

AI processing

• When you use Pocki’s AI features, your prompts and relevant context may be sent to our AI providers to generate responses.

• We minimize data sharing and instruct providers not to use your data to train models unrelated to our service.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal data. We share only to run Pocki or as required by law.

• Vendors and processors: hosting, analytics, logging, AI inference, blockchain indexers, and messaging. They must protect your data and use it only for our service.

• Integrations you enable: XMTP for DMs, Farcaster-related services for social context, market data APIs for token info.

• Legal: if required to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and integrity.

Data retention

• Account data and settings are kept while your account is active.

• Chat history and journals are kept so you can review them and so Pocki can personalize coaching. You can delete entries or request full deletion.

• Logs and analytics are kept for a limited period, then aggregated or deleted.

• We may retain some information if needed to comply with law or resolve disputes.

Your choices and rights

• Access and export your data.

• Update or correct your information.

• Delete your account data and journals.

• Unsubscribe from Pocket Watch and other marketing emails.

• Edit guardrails, alerts, and privacy settings at any time.

Security

• No method is perfect. Keep your device secure and never share your private keys or seed phrase with anyone, including Pocki.

• We may link to other sites or apps. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before using them.

Changes to this notice

• We may update this notice. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated notice.
