By using Pocki — including the Pocki mini app, bot, site, or any related services (“Service”) — you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pocki is designed with intention and a regenerative mindset: to help people participate on chain more thoughtfully and confidently. We encourage mindfulness, not gambling. But Pocki is a tool, not a guarantee. You are solely responsible for your choices.
1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using Pocki, you represent you meet this requirement.
2. Nature of Service: Pocki is a non-custodial, informational AI tool. We do not hold keys or execute transactions. We provide monitoring, prompts, and insights only. You must use your own wallet to authorize all actions.
3. No Financial Advice: Pocki does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any content, prompts, or outputs are educational only. You remain fully responsible for all decisions.
4. User Responsibilities:
- Keep control of your wallets, keys, and devices.
- Do not use Pocki for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Respect others’ rights and comply with all laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Assumption of Risk: Crypto is volatile and risky. Transactions may fail, be exploited, or be lost permanently. Insights or metrics from Pocki may be incomplete or inaccurate. You accept all risks of using crypto and Pocki.
6. Guardrails and Nudges: Limits, reminders, or nudges set in Pocki are informational only and non-binding. You can override them at any time.
7. Free Use and Limits: Pocki is free to use with daily usage limits for unpaid users. Limits may change. Paid plans, if offered, will include clear terms.
8. Can I Use Pocki to Trade? Yes. You may initiate trades via links or prompts surfaced in Pocki, but Pocki does not confirm or execute transactions. All actions must be reviewed and signed by you in your wallet.
9. Intellectual Property: Pocki’s name, logo, and content are owned by us. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify without permission.
10. No Warranties: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and accuracy.
11. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pocki and its team are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims, including from reliance on outputs, hacks, downtime, or trading outcomes. Total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid in the 12 months before a claim.
12. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pocki and its team against any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or breach of law.
13. Termination: We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using Pocki at any time.
14. Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in [Insert Location]. Class actions are waived.
15. Automatic Acceptance: You do not need to sign anything. By using the Pocki mini app or any part of the Service, you automatically agree to these Terms.
